Cleaning

To enable us to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the Innovation Centre, the offices and communal areas are cleaned daily and the windows are cleaned externally on a regular basis.

Kitchen

We have a fully equipped kitchen and Café area within the Centre – an ideal place to meet and socialise with other Centre clients where tea and coffee making facilities are available.

Lounge Area

You can relax with clients or staff for informal meetings or network with other clients in one of the furnished lounge areas situated within the Centre.

Restaurant

Clients can take full advantage of the BAE Systems’ on-site modern restaurant which offers a large selection of hot and cold food and beverages.

Disabled Facilities

In order for us to meet current legislation, the Centre has disabled parking directly outside the ramped entrance. A passenger lift has been installed to enable disabled visitors to reach us and disabled toilet facilities are located within the ground floor reception area.

Car Parking

Ample car parking is available on site for all clients immediately adjacent to the building and within the large car park to the rear of the site.

Leisure Facilities

We have negotiated an excellent corporate rate for our clients to use the leisure facilities at the Holiday Inn Hotel, situated in Maidstone Road, Chatham next to Rochester Airport. Facilities include a fully equipped gymnasium, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room.
