Phase Two Commences Construction

Following on from the successful launch of the first Innovation Centre building last year, a new building is under construction nearby for completion by November 2008.

This will offer space for around 40 further small companies, together with an 8,000 sq ft single floor for an anchor tenant from the technology field.

The new centre will also have a high spec data centre offering high speed Internet connectivity, state of the art telecoms, and high resilience backup systems.

Full conference and meeting facilities are planned aswell as on-site catering facilities.
